Please meet “Stella”.

A 2yr old mini Australia Shepard (not registered ). “Stella” needs to be rehomed with someone experienced with the breed and willing to bring her back to her breed specific needs – to be exercised and given activities that a herding dog needs.
“Stella “ is currently located in Victoria but if the perfect fit is here on the Lower Mainland /the Valley and perhaps the Interior then we can make that happen.

Stella has been with the same family since she was a puppy, moving from Vernon to Victoria at the start of 2023.
Stella is an energetic dog and is agile in nature, loving walks and hikes alike.
Her recall is spectacular and she is attentive to instructions. While she is incredibly sweet and gentle to those she trusts, she is timid in nature and requires further training. She has been observed to be overly protective of her current families mother and children.
Introduced properly Stella does get along well with other dogs with calm demeanours.
The current family is unable to provide Stella with the environment and lifestyle necessary for her breed, and are now looking for someone who can take her in and who can exercise and socialize her as needed while understanding her timid nature.
Ideally, Stella would thrive in a home with no children, not tested with cats and likely as an only dog (depending)
She would thrive with space- a farm or in a rural environment.
