Meet Benny! This sweet, 1-year-old husky/collie mix has already faced some tough challenges in his young life. After living on the Downtown East Side, he was hit by a car a little over a month ago. Thankfully, Benny was taken in by Thank Dog I Am Out Rescue Society, where he received successful surgery on his leg. Now, he’s recovering wonderfully with a caring foster family.

Benny is a gentle, affectionate pup who’s ready to find his forever home. He’s up-to-date on all vaccinations and has been neutered. He’s great with other dogs, walks well on a leash, and is friendly with everyone he meets.
