Our application process is quick, easy, and painless, all you have to do is fill out our online application. All adoption applications are good for one year from the date of approval. The adoption fee is $625 (plus applicable taxes). This fee includes all the dog’s spaying/neutering costs. All dogs are up-to-date on required vaccines.

**Please indicate on your application which dog you are interested in adopting, we are not currently accepting general applications. **

Once your online application has been processed and your two reference checks have been completed and approved you will be notified on how to request meet and greets for any of our dogs that you may be interested in meeting. Please note that TDIAO will not process a Transfer of Ownership until a comprehensive Home Check has been completed and approved.

By completing and submitting the online portion of this Foster Application and Contract (the “Agreement”), you are submitting a fostering application for a dog rescued by the Thank DOG I Am Out Dog Rescue Society (the “Society”). Once your on line application has been processed and your two reference checks have been completed and approved you will be notified on how to request meet and greets for any of our dogs that you may be interested in meeting. Please note that TDIAO will not process a Transfer of Ownership until a comprehensive Home Check has been completed and approved.

If your application is approved, both parties will sign a printed copy of the Agreement. When the Agreement is signed by both parties, it will be a legally binding contract.

By completing the online portion of the Agreement, you are consenting to the Society collecting and using your personal information for the purpose of assessing your application to foster a dog. The Society will not release your personal information to any third parties and will not use your personal information for any other purposes.
